ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
General part
1. These articles of Association is governed by the Republic of Lithuania, operating in the National Association for practical shooting activities.
2. the national practical shooting Association (hereinafter Association) is a voluntary association of individuals and legal persons.
3. the Association is a legal person from the date of its registration, stamp with its name, the settlement accounts, simboliką. In accordance with their obligations of the Association are the responsibility of all its assets and is not responsible for the commitments made by its members.
4. the Association is a not-for-profit organization. It does not distribute profits to its members. The Association is to support the charity's status.
5. the Association in its activities is guided by the Constitution the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Lithuania on associations law, other legislation, the MINISTRY of government regulation and other regulatory acts, the international practical shooting Confederation, as well as the Constitution and this Statute.
6. the Association's name in English is a national practical shooting Association, abbreviated name-NPŠA.
7. the name of the Association of English-National Practical Shooting Association.
8. the duration of the Association is unlimited.
9. the Association's financial year is the calendar year.

The Association objectives, principles and practices
12. the Association shall foster, to foster, promote and elaborate practical šaudymą as a separate branch of the shooting sports.

23. Association property right may be subject to the buildings, vehicles, equipment and other assets required for the activities provided for in its statutes, which may be obtained from the following sources of funds:

24. the Association shall have the right to establish branches and representative offices. Rights and obligations of members of the Association
25. the members of the Association may be:
25.1. the good reputation of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign States, citizens, complying with the requirements of the statutes, and to take them to the Association's statutes. Stateless persons shall not be members of the Association. Younger than 18 years, the members of the Association may become a member of any elected Office;
25.2. legal persons whose activities are wholly or partly for the purposes of the Association and its implementation of the principles and the adoption of the statutes of the Association.
26. the members of the Association shall have the following rights:
26.1. participate in the activities of the Association, they organised events;
26.2. promote the goals and objectives of the Association;
26.3. using the services of the Association;
26.4. for information on the activities of the Association;

27. the duties of the members of the Association:

Reception, for the purpose of the Association and the Elimination of the terms and conditions
28. natural persons wishing to become members of the Association shall submit the following documents:

29. the legal entities wishing to become members of the Association shall submit the following documents:
29.1. the form request-form, signed by the person entitled to sign the Statute in accordance with stojančio of the legal person;

38.1. the joining of the Association;
38.2. the removal of the Association;

39. the decision on the withdrawal from the Association, adopted by the Council.
40. a member is removed from the Association:
40.1. If his actions are contrary to the purposes and objectives of the Association;
40.2. If he fails to fulfil the commitments;

40.4. If he fails to comply with the general meeting of the Association and the decisions taken by the governing bodies; their own actions and conduct in violation of the laws, statutes and other regulatory acts.

The Association bodies
42. the organs of the Association are the general meeting, the President, Vice President, Secretary, Director and Council.
43. the general meeting is the supreme governing body of the Association.
44. the general meeting is competent to:
defined in point 44.1. to adopt, amend and supplement the articles of Association;
44.2. determine the objectives and main tasks of the Association;
44.3. the procedure laid down in Council formation, collection of its members and to cancel;
44.4. determine the amount of the fee and the preliminary and the members of the payment procedure;
44.5. setting up an association-owned enterprises, the media, the reorganization or liquidation of the Association;
44.6. collect the Association President, the Vice-President (Regional Director), a collection of revision Commission members and to cancel;
44.7. approve the annual accounts of the Association;
44.8. set the revision procedure for the clearance work, members of the Commission.
45. the general meeting is convened, usually once a year. A special meeting must be convened if requested by at least 1/5 of the members of the Association, the Council in its decision, or visit the Commission. For the convening of the general meeting of the Secretary-General, who is in charge of convening such meetings in accordance with the members of the Council must inform the 15 days prior to the meeting.
46. the general meeting is legitimate if it participates in at least half the members of the Association. Decisions are taken by simple majority. 50. the Council shall be elected by the general meeting of members of the Association of 4 years.
51. the Council shall be composed of 11 members: the President of the Association, the Vice President (Regional Director) and members.
52. the Board elected at its first meeting, shall elect from among its members, the Secretary General and Board of Directors. President of the Association is the President of the Council.
53. Board meetings are usually held every two months, but at least four times a year.
54. the Council meetings shall be chaired by the President of the Council, the Secretary-General, in his absence-or any other Member of the Council.
55. the meeting of the Council are lawful, provided it participates in at least half the members of the Council and the decisions are legal, when they vote of not less than one-half of the members of the Council. Members have equal voting rights. If votes are tied, the presiding hearing voices.
56. the Association Council:
56.1. establishes the Association's organizational and financial policies;
56.2. addressing the members of the Association, their withdrawal and disposal issues;
56.3. consists of commissions, institutes and other bodies with the necessary to conduct the activities of the Association;
56.4. activities of the Association shall consider all questions that are not within the competence of the general meeting.
57. the President of the Association:
57.1. led by the Association and it represents;
57.2. on behalf of the Association shall consist of the transactions;

60. the Secretary-General, in addition to any other rights provided for in these statutes:
60.1. manages the list of members of the Association;
60.2. the powers of the President shall represent the Association within other bodies, enterprises and organizations;
60.3. organized by the Association of raštvedybą;

61. the Director shall:

Conversion of reorganization and liquidation of the Association

73. If the Association has remained less than three members, within thirty days of such a reduction in the Member States, the Secretary-General shall notify the registry of legal persons in accordance with the provisions.
74. the activities of the association ends:
74.1. the general meeting's decision to reorganize the Association;
74.2. the general meeting's decision to terminate the activities of the Association;

75. the restructuring of the Association, the reorganisation and winding up procedure shall be governed by the Lithuanian Republic civil code and other legislation.
